Lissa Blyth talks about the Armstrong family of SoundScapes® Shapes Acoustical Clouds which includes ten standard shapes, ranging from squares and rectangles to circles, trapezoids, hexagons and softly rounded contours. Designed for use in exposed structures and other areas that require improved acoustics, the clouds can be installed as individual units or grouped together to create innovative visual combinations that help define the area below. The sound absorbing properties of the clouds help reduce reverberation time in the space below them. As a result, they are ideal for use over spaces such as workstations and reception desks.
